About OklahomaMineralBuyer.com
OklahomaMineralBuyer.com is owned and operated by Titan Property Investors. We work with Oklahoma mineral and royalty owners who are trying to understand what they own and whether selling makes sense for them.
Who we are
Titan Property Investors is a private property investment company. This website is our Oklahoma-focused resource for mineral and royalty owners. We are not a broker for the state, not a government office, and not a law firm.
We built this site because most of the questions owners ask us are not about price. They are about what a division order is, why a check stopped, or what happens when the person named on the paperwork died in 1987.
How we work
Depending on the property and circumstances, Titan Property Investors may evaluate an opportunity directly or work with qualified buyers and industry professionals.
- You submit information; we review it and tell you what we find, including problems
- We explain the documents you already have in plain language
- We say when a title, probate, or heirship question needs a qualified professional
- We discuss a possible transaction only when there appears to be a fit
- We do not use deadlines, countdowns, or pressure of any kind
What we do not do
- We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or title advice
- We do not determine heirship or issue title opinions
- We do not guarantee an offer, a value, or a closing
- We do not represent any government agency, including the Oklahoma Corporation Commission
- We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties
Why Oklahoma
Oklahoma mineral ownership has its own vocabulary and its own history: severed estates dating to the land runs, generations of fractional inheritance, forced pooling, and county-by-county records. Working in one state lets us speak to those specifics rather than offering generic national content.
